100 micron white gloss monomeric PVC film on a 140gsm double PE liner specially designed for producing vibrant graphics for mid to long term applications on flat surface. These vinyl’s are fire retardant and meet B1 classification. (Monomeric – 3 years Outdoor)
STC3000G comes in gloss finish with options of clear or grey Hi-Tack permanent solved based adhesive. Solvent based adhesive offers stronger adhesion and durability when compared to water based adhesives. STC3000G comes with a 140gsm double PE liner which has superior lay flat properties. This vinyl doesn’t tunnel and hit the print head during extreme printing conditions as it is formulated to absorb extra ink received during high pass printing and the double PE liner helps to withstand high curing temperatures of Latex and UV printers.
